02. 27.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Mufashil P.S. Case No. 325 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 448, 354, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. Considering that this occurrence took place in continuation with the earlier case which had been instituted by the Informant in which the present Petitioners were also named, I am not inclined to extend them privilege of anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
