ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner who is the Complainant seeks quashing of the order dated 10.7.2012 by which the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Aurangabad, has dismissed the Complaint Case No. 658 of 2011. On going through the order of dismissal, I am inclined to agree with the learned Magistrate.

Hence, finding no merit in the application, the same is rejected.
