JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2015 The petitioners apprehend arrest in relation to Kurtha P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014 instituted under sections 302, 201/34 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

In Criminal Misc. No. 35480 of 2014 petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. In Criminal Misc. No. 40523 of 2014, petitioner is the husband of the sister of the husband of the victim girl. It is alleged in the F.I.R. that the

No.35480 of 2014 (5) dt.25-05-2015 victim was married to Narendra Kumar @ Mantu Kumar, son of petitioner Ram Vinay Sharma in the year 2006 i.e. about eight years prior to the incident. It is further alleged that the petitioners were demanding dowry and for non fulfillment thereof, they set the victim girl on fire and killed her.

On behalf of the petitioners, it is submitted that the couple had one daughter out of the marriage and they used to stay separately. A supplementary affidavit has been filed in the first application stating that the husband of the victim girl has since marry the youngest sister of the victim on 16.02.2015 and the misunderstanding has been amicably settled as between the parties.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender of the petitioners within four weeks from today, the petitioners above named shall be released on bail on furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014 subject to all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J) Amin/- U
