2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 322 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365/366A of the Indian Penal Code. However, chargesheet has been filed under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was in relationship with the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 30.04.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner
