JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. A mob of more than 200 persons raised protest and ransacked the premises of hospital when the victims of accident were taken to hospital , no one was found in the hospital to attend the aforesaid victims of the accident. No specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Falka ( Potha)
