Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.04.2014 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol was recovered from his possession while he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Session Trial No. 420 of 2014 arising out of Siwan Town P.S.Case No. 147 of 2014.
