The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order, dated 20.09.2007, passed by the Joint Director, Chakbandi, Head Quarter, Patna, in Revision No. 1 of 2001 after setting aside the appellate order and confirming the order of Consolidation Officer, Karagahar, Rohtas at Sararam.

Now the Bihar Lands Tribunal is constituted for hearing the dispute with regard to consolidation also. Accordingly, this case is remitted to the Bihar Lands Tribunal for hearing and disposal, hence, this writ petition is disposed off.
