No. 4766 of 2015, he having been implicated in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

I do not find any case for cancellation of bail being made out in the absence of specific plea that the Opposite party No.2 has misused the privilege of bail.

There is no merit in this application.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
