JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No.203/15 registered for the offence under Sections 414 and 34 of the I.P.C. There is allegation against the petitioner is that he was caught with looted tanker.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.7.2015.

Looking to the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari, in
