The Petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 452,341,323,324,307,504,506/34 of the indian Penal Code.
Considering that there is no sepcific overt act alleged against the petitioners and the occurrence took place on account of land dispute, in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioners, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 183 of 2014, they shall be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2563 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/3 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran subject to the conditions as laid down under sections 438(2) Cr. P. C. subject to the conditions (i) that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioners.
