Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused Md. Ejaj and after that some witnesses claimed about involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime.

It appears that except the above stated material as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, co- accused Md. Ejaj, in whose confessional statement name of the petitioner came in this case, has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
