This application, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed by the petitioner for review of the order, dated 05.09.2014, passed in CWJC No. 12555 of 2014, by which the writ application filed by the petitioner, seeking refund of difference in the movement fee paid at the enhanced rate for the period 10.12.2012 to 27.01.2013, has been rejected.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has made an

Patna High Court C. REV. No.183 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 attempt to re-argue the entire matter in order to show that the order, dated 05.09.2014, passed by this Court, is erroneous one. However, he has failed to point out any error apparent on the face of the record.

We are of the view that no ground for review is made out in the present application.

More over, the review application has been filed after a long delay of more than 18 months, for which no reasonable explanation has been given by the petitioner. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
