JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-10-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.03.2007 passed in L.P.A. No. 694 of 2006 whereby a three member committee was directed to be constituted. The order was passed on 15.03.2007 and after that much water has flown on the issue in question. The issue has been agitated not only before the learned Single Judge and Division Bench, but in a series of SLP's and subsequent events that have taken place with regard to litigation in question, no case is made out for modification of the order passed way back in the year 2007. This application stands dismissed.
