====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

Petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 243/2017 vide S. Tr. No. 338/2018 for the offences under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge - 11th Saran at Chapra.

The court is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner on the face of the allegation that she had assisted her brother in giving assault on the neck on his father which caused severe injuries on the neck which ultimately proved fatal. The informant is none else than the mother of the petitioner.

Let the trial be expedited in the court below without granting routine kind of adjournments. The Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra will ensure that the witnesses are produced in course of trial on the date fixed in the matter.

The application stands dismissed.
