Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Madhubani Mahila P.S.Case No. 53 of 2021.

As per allegation, the marriage of the informant was solemnized with the son of the petitioner. They demanded dowry and due to non-fulfilment of the dowry demand, the accused persons ousted her from her matrimonial house. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she is the mother-in-law having no concern with day to day

The anticipatory bail petition of the husband was also heard today and the matter has been referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Considering the above facts and circumstances, especially the fact that the petitioner is mother-in-law, let her above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 53 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
