2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals snatched the mobile phone and looted Rs. 84,150/- from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that without accepting his guilt, the petitioner is ready to make good the loss sustained by the victim and is ready to pay Rs. 30,000/- to the victim. Petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2024. He further submitted that there is no material against the

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024.

8. It is made clear that the amount of Rs. 30,000/- shall be deposited in the court below at the time of furnishing bail bonds and if such an amount is deposited by the petitioner, the same shall be released in favour of the victim by the Court below. If such an amount is not deposited, the bail bond of the petitioner shall not be accepted.

9. This application stands allowed.
