JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-05-2016 The writ application now stands disposed of keeping in mind the earlier order contained in Annexure- 3 as well as the fact that the corporation has accepted that a sum of Rs.33,396/- was wrongly deducted twice over under the housing loan advance, which now stands refunded to him on 29.1.2015. The authorities of Food Corporation of India will examine if there has been a delay in settlement of gratuity of the petitioner and whether he is entitled to payment of interest in terms of their own circular contained in Anenxure-2, dated 22.10.1997. The position will be made known to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.21660 of 2014 dt.09-05-2016 2/2 production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is entitled to payment of interest in terms of Annexure-2, that should also be done within the same time frame.
