The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under section 302/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant with sword on his head. The petitioner also assaulted Lilawati Devi, sister of the informant with sword on her neck. The petitioner is further alleged to have assaulted the informant on his neck. The father and sister of the informant died on account of assault made by the petitioner. Considering the allegation made against the petitioner that on account of assault made by him, two persons died, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 31/2013 giving rise to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4859 of 2015 (3) dt.11-03-2015 Sessions Trial No. 524 of 2013 pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Jamui. His prayer for bail is accordingly rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial of the petitioner within one year.
