ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The application for anticipatory bail of the Petitioner No. 2 was earlier permitted to be withdrawn by the order dated 4.6.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. 20821 of 2013. Whereafter, the present application for anticipatory bail has been filed. Considering that second application for anticipatory bail filed on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable, it is dismissed as such.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Magadh Medical College P.S. Case No. 17 of 2013, failing which, the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
