This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner allegedly defalcated referred money by non-completion of the construction of the school building. At Annexure 2, the District Program Officer, Primary Education, Aurangabad, has written a letter to the Block Education Officer, Kutumba, Aurangabad, that the petitioner has already completed the work after institution of the first information report. If the aforesaid statement is correct, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20808 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 2/2 this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
