The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. The petitioner is ready to keep his first wife.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to keep his first wife, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and the court below shall, after issuing notice to the complainant, enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Katihar in Complaint Case No. C.A. 3031/2013.

If the dispute is resolved between the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed.
