ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 25893(c) of 2014 for the offences registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. On the past few occasions, learned counsel for the opposite party was not present. Today, also there is no representation on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 and as such, it appears that there is no resistance from the end of the opposite party no. 2.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has been given interim protection earlier, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6547 of 2016 (6) dt.26-07-2016 their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 25893 (c) of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
