Petitioner is accused in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 47/2018 registered under Sections 25(1b)a/26/29/35 of the Arms Act. Acting on a tip off, a raid was conducted at the house of the petitioner, two country made pistol and from a plastic jar 312 cartridges were recovered.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from physical conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a female. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 01.09.2018. No.79086 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-8, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018.
