2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ/s, order/s, or direction/s commanding the respondents for the following reliefs - I). For direction to the respondents to grant benefits of first time bound promotion to the petitioner from the date of joining dated 2604-1984 after completing 10 years regular service with effect from 26-04-1994;

II). For direction to the respondents to make payment of arrears in the light of granting benefits of first time promotion which has been granted to the exactly similar situated

Patna High Court CWJC No.14239 of 2025(2) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 other employee Dani Prasad by office order No 121 dated 27-07-2018.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar benefit has been given to one Mr. Dani Prasad and the petitioner shall be satisfied if his representation is considered in light of the benefit given to Mr. Dani Prasad.

In these circumstances, The Special Secretary-cumDirector (Urdu), Cabinet Secretariat Department, Urdu Directorate, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.01.2021 in light of the recommendation as contained in letter dated 16.01.2021 sent by the In-charge Officer, District Urdu Cell, Nawada.

5. The representation of the petitioner must be disposed of within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
