The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 174 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that there is case and counter case in which members of both parties sustained injuries and the injury caused on the person of the informant was found to be simple and superficial in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
