2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 399 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant, with an intention to marry her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that there was love and affection between

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64473 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 the informant's daughter and co-accused Ajay Kumar. As per FIR, the informant's daughter left her house with her own sweet will. The petitioner is under custody since 16.06.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 399 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
