JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as on perusal of records, it transpires that there is vital contradictions in the inter se statement or in the evidence of the prosecution witnesses entitling the accused person for giving benefit of doubt, so finding no error in the appellate court's order dated 22.03.2017, passed in Criminal Appeal No.120 of 2016 by learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur acquitting the accused person, this application stands dismissed.
