The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11 (A) (B) (C) (D) (I) (N) (K) of the Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act.

It has been alleged that petitioner was found carrying 5 cattle on a pick-up Van. The aforesaid vehicle was intercepted along with cattle but driver and two persons fled away. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Md. Rais alias Md.
