1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. This application has been filed for directing the respondents to release Rs. 30 Lacs to concern Panchayat in order to make payment for the contract work executed between 2016 to 2021.

3. The Ex-Mukhiya has come before this Court for release of fund to be paid to the contractor.

4. If the contractor has done any work, it is for the contractor to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum.

5. The Ex-Mukhiya has no role and this application is misconceived.
