The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barahiya P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 436, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
