The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 274, 275, 276, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27(b), 28(A), 28B, 30C of Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 2008.

Allegation is that huge quantity of drugs have been recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 7.7.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is a licensee dealer. He has a shop in respect of certain medicines.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56561 of 2019(4) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 He could not produce the paper and hence the present case has been instituted. The petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- in the court below, subject to the final disposal of the case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- in the court below, subject to the final disposal of the case. On doing so, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. case No.366 of 2019.
