The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 435/34 of Indian Penal Code.
Dhananjay Nath Tiwari learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the F.I.R. placed at Annexure-1 submits that the allegation is omnibus and that the petitioner No.3 in fact, is blind person which is reflected from Annexure-3. He further summits that there are case and counter case between the parties. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the submissions of learned counsel, let the petitioners namely,
