2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 334 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Recovery is of 18 litres of illicit liquor from the house of the co-accused.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of one criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
