2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 423 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959.

3. Having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State and on perusal of a copy of the case-diary and other material on record, this Court is of the view that this a fit case where anticipatory bail may be granted in favour of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is allowed.

6. The petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, one of whom must be a local surety with landed property, to the satisfaction of the Ld. A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 423 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with further condition that he must comply the conditions, namely, he would not persuade or threaten the witnesses and would be present in the court below during trial on all dates.

7. Failure on the part of the petitioner to comply with any of the above directions will entail the learned court below to cancel the bail without any further order. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J) skm/- U
