Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No 4017C of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 403, 380, 120B, 385 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Co-accused, namely, Tilo Chaurasia has filed Complaint Case No 3840C of 2012 against the complainant and others in which petitioner No 1 is a witness.

No.24212 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners above named shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Araria in Complaint Case No 4017C of 2012 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
