The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested and made his confessional statement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2013 and, thereafter, he was remanded in several cases which had been lodged against unknown persons and moreover, having similar allegation, co-accused, Amresh Kumar Thakur has already been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, named-above,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3851 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 49 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Mousmi Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur.
