The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Special Case No.7 of 2017, arising out of Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No.33 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 376, 366, 343, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 & 12 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences, 2012.

As per allegation, petitioner has forcibly took the victim and carried her to Siliguri, kept her at Durga Das Colony in a rented house where he has snatched her chain and Payal. On the assurance of marriage petitioner has established physical relationship with the victim and whereafter he has fled away from there. With the help of owner of the house she contacted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22021 of 2017 (3) dt.24-08-2017 her family members and join the family.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
