Pursuant to order dated 23.02.2016, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 8 and learned counsel submits that within a few weeks the matter would be settled as some formalities including submission of joint photographs and photocopy of the latest pass book still remain for which the petitioner is required to appear before the respondent no. 8.

In view of the aforesaid, let the petitioner appear before the respondent no. 8 along with a copy of this order within

Patna High Court CWJC No.16784 of 2007 dt.10-03-2016 2/2 one week from today. The respondent no. 8 shall ensure that all formalities are completed within two working days. Thereafter, whatever dues is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be forwarded with necessary papers to the respondent no. 7 within the next one week. The respondent no. 7 shall ensure payment of the dues of the petitioner within three weeks hence. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
