JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused from whose possession the looted motorcycle was recovered and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.06.2015 but up till now, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.
