This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For land dispute, the petitioner and others allegedly committed assault. Specific allegation against the petitioner is to have caused injury near the right ear and eye with a khurpi.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional
