The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 411, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the petitioner was caught red handed in course of pick pocketing of the informant while the informant was boarding down from the train.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08-04-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The recovered amount of Rs. 250/- is claimed to be of the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused in the present case due to mistake of fact. The allegation, made in the FIR is denied by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in connection with Patna Junction (Rajendra Nagar) P.S.
