JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Learned counsel for the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur has placed before this Court a copy of the letter dated 12.09.2018 showing that a sum of Rs.1,09,544/- has already been sent to the college in question for onward payment to the petitioner who happens to be the husband of Laxmi Devi. Even though the letter has certain typographical errors with regard to the entitlement, but learned counsel for the University submits that the payment will be made to this petitioner by the college in question
Patna High Court MJC No.4015 of 2016 (5) dt.19-09-2018 within a week.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, the application is disposed off, but in case it is found that the college in question, namely, D.S.M. College, Jhajha has not paid the amount to the petitioner within a week, the petitioner may file a short petition in this case itself bringing the matter to the notice of this Court on which the contempt application shall be initiated. If the petitioner approaches the authorities of the college in question to get the payment, the same must be made available to him. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U
