1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.

3. As per prosecution case, 300 liters of country made liquor has been recovered from the tempo. Petitioner is the owner of the tempo.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the tempo from which recovery has been made, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
