JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happen to be parents of FIR named accused, Mintu Raut.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the victim was in love with Mintu Raut and as a matter of fact, the victim eloped with Mintu Raut but the informant implicated the petitioners as they are parents of the aforesaid Mintu Raut. Moreover, investigation against petitioners has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1787 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur.
