The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 381 of 2021 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is a civil dispute between the parties. The petitioner is only identifier. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
