Taking into consideration that very serious allegation has been levelled against these petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them on anticipatory bail and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kanti P.S. case no. 615/2014 pending in the court of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate (west), Muzaffarpur stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners.
