This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner, Lalan Ram, allegedly caused injury at the head of the informant. Petitioner, Sudhir Ram, caused injury on non-vital part of the body.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the doctor has found simple injury on the head of the informant.
Since, Lalan Ram, had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of Lalan Ram is refused.
