Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P. S. case no. 125/2014 registered under section 307/34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

Admittedly, there is case and counter case between the parties and annexure 2 series reveal that injured of the present case sustained simple injury whereas annexure 4 to the petition reveals that petitioner no.3 sustained grievous injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3458 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Ramgarh (Nuaon) P. S. case no. 125/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
