JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
It is alleged that six seven months prior to the lodging of the FIR, the informant was intercepted and threatened by the petitioner to cause injury with acid.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR has been lodged with inordinate delay and admittedly no injury has been caused. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
