The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in G.O. Case No. 595 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
It has been alleged that when the raid was conducted in a field situated South of Village-Mahadeva, 15 litres wine from the wine sale centre of the petitioner were seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
